The “AS” series extended surface filters are ideal for applications requiring an absence of glass micro fibers and economical price. ~ The multiple layered construction of the “AS: series product enhances depth loading to achieve full media utilization and the longest service life possible. The combination of new synthetic technology and established manufacturing techniques used in the “AS” series filter has produced the best value filter on the market. The “AS” series filters are available in 45%, 65%, 85%, and 95% efficiencies. These filters are available in an extensive list of standard sizes as well as special sizes upon request. ~ “AS” series filters are constructed for performance and durability; each pocket is formed with individual pocket spacers and a thermoplastic sealant to ensure leak free construction. Viskon-Aire Series 440 Filters are used in office buildings, hospitals, manufacturing plants and all applications where long life and high efficiency are required. Series 440 Filters are used with or without the optional header frame to replace all types of extended surface filters such as cubes, supported multi-pocket, and pleated filters. ~ The unique filter media and exclusive PBT-32 Tackifier give the Seris 440 Filter tremendous dust holding capacity and considerably greater service life than competitive medium efficiency filters. The self-gasketing feature is designed with the compressed media acting as a gasket so that a force fit against the holding frame will eliminate by-pass. ~ Easy installation: preformed filter fits into existing frames with ease. There is no basket to install or retainer clips to become lost or damaged when the filter must be changed. Filters are packaged with the pockets folded. When installed, the pockets spring open and are self-supporting. Series 440 filters are available in an extensive number of standard sizes as well as special sizes upon request.

Viskon-Aire* V Series rigid filters are designed to meet the toughest operating environments. These filter are available as 4v and 3V cell box filters. The V-Series rigid filter can be used in general HVAC systems, automotive assembly plants, hospitals, gas turbines, diesel intakes, pharmaceutical facilities, telecommunication switching stations, and industrial environments where strong rugged performance is required.
The Viskon-Aire* V Series rigid filters are manufactured from rigid ABS plastic components with a class leading media area of 200 square feet. The Viskon- Aire* V Series uses a unique glue bead pattern to maintain the correct pleat geometry that ensures no obstruction to air flow while providing even dirt loading throughout the media pack. Each pack is potted to eliminate any bypass through the filter. The filter media is manufactured from high quality wet-laid glass fibers hydrophobically treated to resist high RH environments. The Viskon-Aire* V-Series has been tested to both ASHRAE 2.2-2012 AND ISO Test Standard 16890

Viskon-Aire SuperCel V Max HEPA filter can withstand the most demanding operating environments. The SuperCel V Max HEPA filter is specifically designed for high flow applications that require HEPA filtration at the lowest possible pressure drop while maintaining their specified penetration efficiency. The V pleat-formation has a penetration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.30µm and can withstand high air flows exceeding 600 FPM and a pressure drop of 1.0” w.g. while maintaining the integrity of the filter.
The Viskon-Aire SuperCel V Max HEPA filter is manufactured with “PreForm” wet-laid micro fiberglass media. The SuperCel V Max filter delivers HEPA efficiency for the installation’s life. The filter is designed with optimized pleat geometry and surface area to minimize energy usage and maximize particle loading, providing extended life and the lowest pressure drop possible. Each pack is potted within a non-corrosive plastic frame to eliminate bypass in the filter. The SuperCel V Max HEPA filter incorporates recessed carry-all handles for ease of handling and installation.
The media area is optimized, and the pleat geometry allows for the lowest pressure drop possible; in some cases, the SuperCel V Max may have fewer media areas than competitive HEPA filters yet will still have an overall lower ∆P.

Viskon-Aire ~ Series 55 ~ A good filter costs less than a bad finish. That’s why Viskon-Aire Series 55 Panel Filters are standard equipment from all leading paint spray booth suppliers. And why they’re specified as replacement filters by major auto, truck, aircraft, and other metal finishers whose finish quality is critical. ~ Our Series 55 Panel Filters can help you, too, because they’ll cut down on paint defects and high finishing costs. They clean your spray booth air of particles down to 5µ with 90% efficiency. ~ A better tackifier: You can even feel the difference. Won’t dry out. And it stays in place. Won’t drip or blow off. ~ High efficiency: Panels extract 100% of visible atmospheric dust and remove 90% of 5µ particles. ~ Self-Sealing Gasket: Filter media overlap in a self-sealing edge that fits flush with holding frame. ~ No gap: a 1/8” gap around a filter passes as much dirty air as a 3” diameter hole right in the middle.
